D2C Entrepreneur in-residence (Brand Strategy & Planning Specialist)

Role Overview

You will work directly with the founders, supporting them in driving key strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating the revenue growth. This is a true generalist business role that involves working closely with D2C founders on growth and revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the D2C penetration and reputation.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch points.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including media, influencers, and agencies. Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.

Experience - 1-3 years.

Face to face interview is a must hence preference given to candidates available in Bangalore.

Social Media Geek, who consumes, understands and creates content for virality.

Role Requirements

  • Content Creation: You will be making engaging D2C social media content - text, audio, short video content. Organize shoot and edit high-quality videos and reels for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts and storylines. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content, social media, and digital marketing to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best possible performance and engagement.
  • Continuously experiment with new techniques, styles, and formats to keep content fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather content requirements and align with marketing goals. Manage social channels: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience making content, ideally for a D2C brand
  • Community Building: 1Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building and nurturing communities.

Performance Marketing

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing D2C venture studio. We’re passionate about driving results and maximizing the digital presence for portfolio brands. As a Performance Marketing Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by optimizing our marketing efforts and directly impacting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs, including CPA, ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and consistent alignment with client objectives.
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
  • Remarketing: Create and manage remarketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media).

Experience - 2-3 years.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
